Utility Room in each suite. Water and sewer are included in the rent. The Company will offer
satellite TV and internet service (with optional landline telephone) at very competitive rates.

Haliburton Lakeview is an investor owned condominium development with units owned by
investors as income properties. The project is managed by Teska Rentals Inc. Units will be
available for reservation fall of 2022 with construction to start in the spring of 2023. Rental
