WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES TESKA HOLDINGS HAVE?

While Teska is a new Company, the principals have over sixty-five years of real estate development experience. Our expertise spans marketing, sales, finance, site planning, construction, project management and property management. We have a solid team of constructors and sub-contractors that we have worked with over the years. Together we are a well-oiled machine the defines the word “team”.

WHERE DOES TESKA DEVELOP PROPERTY?

We specialize in small town Ontario and Ontario vacation hot spots.

WHAT IF I MAKE A RESERVATION AND WISH TO CANCEL?

Teska’s cancellation policy returns 50% of your deposit, however as our project Reservation Agreements include a clause allowing you to sell, trade, or assign your Reservation Agreement (for a small administration fee) you would only ask for a refund if you were unable to proceed with any of those.

WHAT IF I HAVE RESERVATION AGREEMENT AND THE PROJECT DOES NOT PROCEED

Teska will refund 100% of your deposit should we be unable to achieve Site Plan Approval.
